The start of the session helped me calm as I moved my attention to my body, its feelings and my surroundings. I loved the way you kept delving deep into the 'whys' of wanting to feel better / having better health. Also, it was helpful to know how our mindset is at the centre of any long term change that we would like to make to our life, which I kind of knew, but had forgotten to be conscious about. It's great how you neither blame the patient for not following a certain lifestyle, nor mince your words speaking about the 'survival mode' that our bodies are in, being a part of the 'matrix', as you pointed out. Thanks for the insight. 😊🙏

I am a Consultant Gynaecologist with expertise in Menopause, Sexual Health & Urinary Incontinence, currently based in Pune, India. I have three decades of international experience in Women's Health Care (UK, India and Bhutan). I have treated over 350,000 women with a variety of gynaecological problems during my career. I specialise in holistic well-being for women and empower women over the age of 40 to love their Menopause journey and thrive in the years beyond menopause rather than just give in to ageing. I am a Fellow of the RCOG, London and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, London UK. I am a speaker, author, coach, and entrepreneur. I am an International Ancient Indian Martial Arts Coach (Meipadam and Karlakattai), a Certified Senior WILDFIT coach and a Mindvalley Certified Holobody and 10x Coach I believe that Mindset, Movement and Nutrition are the foundations of great health as women commit to better health and freedom. I conduct courses to educate and inspire women to take better care of their health to improve their longevity, well-being, vitality and stamina.
