The start of the session helped me calm as I moved my attention to my body, its feelings and my surroundings. I loved the way you kept delving deep into the 'whys' of wanting to feel better / having better health. Also, it was helpful to know how our mindset is at the centre of any long term change that we would like to make to our life, which I kind of knew, but had forgotten to be conscious about. It's great how you neither blame the patient for not following a certain lifestyle, nor mince your words speaking about the 'survival mode' that our bodies are in, being a part of the 'matrix', as you pointed out.
