NEEDS is directly working at the field level activities among rural and urban in in Virudhunagar and Madurai districts of Tamilnadu, Among all the communities without any partiality on caste, colour and creed. NEEDS include community intervention, training, counseling, skill upgrading, advocacy, and lobbying. Additionally, community development through the prevention and rehabilitation technique is our primary goal. With the support of NGO Networks in Tamilnadu and Pudhuchery NEEDS coordinating and expanding its service area in almost Districts of Tamilnadu.
