Navnith is a Product Leader who's built and scaled multiple 0-1 products in the space of recruiting/marketplaces, virtualization, endpoint management and end user computing. He currently leads the Autonomous Endpoint Management initiatives at Tanium. He excels in deriving customer insights to set ambitious goals and establish a clear product vision. He effectively aligns his team and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution. At Microsoft, he began his career working on VM security updates and performance, progressing to develop a non-disruptive update experience (Hotpatching) on the cloud. He helped establish Microsoft as a top cloud provider on Gartner’s IaaS Quadrant and launched Hotpatching to commercial customers. He then went on to build Windows 365 a 0-1 product, focusing on admin experience, image management, policy management, and monitoring and alerting roadmaps. He significantly contributed to the product’s first-year revenue (XXX Million) and adoption before moving to recruitment marketplaces. At Turing a series D unicorn startup, he was responsible for improving buy rates and contribute to growth in a demand constrained environment. He did this by rethinking the buying experience and simultaneously building ops efficiency tools for internal employees. Beyond day-to-day product management, Navnith is involved in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring PMs and advising early-stage startups. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Reinforcement Learning, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
