My role encompasses Sales Operations, Order to Cash (O2C), Billing, Quoting, and Deal Desk functions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of these critical processes. As a trusted advisor to the APJ sales leadership, my role has extended to include strategic capability development. The design of global dashboards to measure key performance indicators showcases a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
