At Capgemini my key role is to industrialize and scale up Carbon Measurement and Eco Design Initiatives across various business lines at Capgemini. By integrating these initiatives into client deliveries, this helps make our solutions greener and assists clients in reducing their Scope 3 emissions through the adoption of eco-design principles throughout the delivery lifecycle. My focus has also been on developing sustainability solutions, particularly in Scope 3 carbon reporting. For our own reporting we've established robust carbon data acquisition processes aligned with GHG protocols and CSRD reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency. I also have a strong leadership trait in Governance, Risk and Compliance domain. I am a certified ESG Professional, Scrum Master and BSI-certified lead auditor for ISO20K. I am also certified by AWS and BSI for Cloud Services & in CyberSecurity from the University of Washington. I am also trained in GDPR, CISA and Lean Six-Sigma methodologies. I am also actively shaping future leaders as part of the Capgemini Global Connected Manager Program along with engaging in industry communities (BSPIN, ITSMF) to share knowledge and drive collaboration.
