Approx 15 years of experience in leading design & development of HV & MV Switchgear, Automation, Drives, MCC, MVD & Automotive OEMs. I hold a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering currently pursuing a master's in Engineering Management to enhance my skills. Expert in leading a team of engineers, and cross-functional groups, dealing with internal and external customers, maintaining backlog, and ensuring roadmap in alignment with business and product management. Expert in preparing cost-competitive design & implementation while meeting required quality & technical requirements & contribute towards meeting organization goals

Significant Accomplishments:
• Reduced material cost of 145kV GIS product by 0.5 KUSD by providing innovative cost-saving concepts
• Reduced overall torque on the system by 35%, thereby reducing severe technical risks by optimizing the kinematic chain of the Earth switch
• Designed 9 modules of 145kV and 5 modules of 245kV GIS Switchgear under stringent timelines which met target cost and passed all related Type tests
• Designed and tested 145kV GIS factory adapter by leading a cross-functional team of 8 from design, SCM, assembly & testing
• Supervised assembly & testing of disconnector and Earth switch of 245kV GIS in China.
• Improved misalignment errors & stroke in 3 operating switches by tolerance chain calculations, GD&T application & designing Jigs and tools.
• Presented 'Crack Propagation Analysis' at ANSYS-Convergence2014, a regional summit
