For: Indian engineers applying to companies in Germany or the EU who keep getting silence instead of interviews.
European recruiters look for different things than Indian or US recruiters do. Length, structure, how you describe impact, what belongs at the top, what to cut entirely, how much detail on tooling — the conventions genuinely differ, and a resume that performs well in India can quietly fail here.
What we do: I go through your resume line by line and tell you exactly what a German hiring manager sees when they open it, then we fix the highest-impact problems live. If time allows, we do the same for your LinkedIn headline and About section, since that's often what recruiters find first.
You leave with: a marked-up resume, a clear priority list of changes, and written notes after the call so you're not relying on memory.
Before we meet: send your resume as a PDF at least 24 hours ahead, plus one or two job posts you're actually targeting. I review it before the call so we spend the 30 minutes fixing rather than reading.
Not for you if: you want a resume written from scratch, or you're targeting non-engineering roles.
