With over a decade of experience in building and scaling teams that have become the fabric of brands we love, I am a seasoned sales and people leader who is passionate about empowering women at the workplace. In my most recent stint, I led the member engagement and people success charter at leap.club, a platform that connects, supports, and enables women leaders across industries and functions. Over the last couple of years I worked closely with Founders/CXOs to build + scale teams that win (both hearts and goals). As start-ups continue building their growth stories (especially in India) there’s always been so much talk about how strategy/execution/product market fit etc will make some win over the other, I believe it's mostly the ‘people.’ In the years to come, I look to invest in the leadership of the future by recognising, nurturing and growing talent into the best versions of themselves while contributing to people-centric businesses. If we’ve worked together, you’d know I’m extremely passionate about more women in leadership and I'm looking forward to forge this into the work I do everyday.
