I'm a third-generation entrepreneur from Vizag, running four businesses with a team of over 150 people. I started on my own with an LPG pipeline company. From there I built the Salsons brand, which now has two properties: Salsons Gardens, an event venue in the city, and Salsons Retreat, a resort outside it. Both started and run by me. More recently I joined my father's business, Bombay Gaslight Stores, a 75-year-old kitchen retail and B2B store with a team of 100+. That's where I'm now bringing in content, systems, and a different way of working. I document all of it on Instagram, the decisions, the mistakes, and what running these businesses actually looks like day to day. Two things people ask me about most. First, their own business: what's actually broken, what to fix first, and how to handle the people running it with you. Second, how I document the journey publicly while still running everything on the ground. This is not my main income, my businesses are. Hundreds of people message me every week wanting to talk, and I can't get to everyone over DMs. Putting a price on a call is how I find the people who genuinely need help, and make sure I can show up for them properly.
