I am currently working with Nestlé as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Key Interests: Business Partnering, Innovation in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Design. Previously, I have worked with Korn Ferry as a Senior Talent Advisory Consultant. I worked across sectors on topics of potential and performance assessments, learning initiatives, top team development and CEO assessments across sectors. Prior to KF, I have worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. with Group Leaders on key projects like design of the group competency framework, talent management at the group level, future of work strategy. I graduated from XLRI in 2017. Outside of work, I have an ardent interest in dancing, and I am a dance movement therapy practitioner.
