Hii, I am a Psychology graduate from University of Delhi, with a genuine interest in Psychology and mental health advocacy. Over the last few years, I have explored the same through academics, research, internships, projects, and student-led initiatives (and collected a lot of notes, resources, experiences, and lessons along the way that I am happy to share :) I love making psychology easier to understand, and more connected to everyday life. I also believe in learning and growing together. So here is me sharing what I know, helping where I can, and being open to learning and growing (together).
