I’ve spent the last 16 years living and breathing tech, with the last 7 years focused specifically on the wild world of AI product management. My roots are in engineering and data science, which means I love getting under the hood of complex tech—but my real passion is figuring out how to make that tech actually work for people in their day-to-day lives. What I’m Up To Right Now I’m currently a Senior PM at Microsoft, where I’m tackling massive data complexity within our Sales organization. I lead the strategy for our Taxonomy Hub, which is basically the "source of truth" for the entire organization. The most exciting part? I’m building AI Agents to automate the whole lifecycle—from search and discovery to data intake. My goal is to move away from slow, manual processes and create a world where data moves at the speed of thought. Where I’ve Been Before Microsoft, I was at ServiceNow doing the "Zero-to-One" thing. I built our Talent Development product from scratch and led the AI team to create a Skill Intelligence layer. This was a huge journey that involved integrating the Hitch acquisition and building personalized engines that help employees find their next big growth opportunity. I love the challenge of taking a raw idea and turning it into a functional, intelligent product that people actually enjoy using.
