I derive inspiration from people and can understand the challenges that one has to go through in life, at personal and professional front. There are times, when one needs guidance or a listener to reflect on one's own thoughts to take a wise decision for life. Thus, I wish to help freshers taking up a career path and also those struggling with mid career crisis to decide priorities of work life balance. I also support organizations in organizational design and structuring organizational frameworks.
