About me
I’m Namit Tiwari, a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Tech Lead / Deputy Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank with 7+ years of experience in building, scaling, and securing large-scale cloud platforms.
Over the years, I’ve led initiatives in EKS/Kubernetes/GKE, Istio/Kong service mesh, multi-cloud (AWS & GCP), DevSecOps automation, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics), and incident management (PagerDuty, ServiceNow).
Beyond engineering, I actively mentor engineers on career progression, interview preparation, and cracking high-stakes roles in DevOps/SRE. Many of my mentees have landed roles at top tech companies and banks.
