• Bank statements for the past 2 months
• Passport copy
• Visa copy

Additional information required:

• Current monthly rent (warm rent)
• Number of children
• Date of arrival in Germany
• Desired loan amount
• Email address
• Phone number and/or WhatsApp contact

Additionally, if you are already in discussions with other banks or consultants, please inform us in advance.
