About Me
Hi, I'm Naman. π
I'm the founder and CEO of Casuro, where we build voice AI agents that have real conversations with job candidates. I'm the technical founder, so I write the code and run the company. Some days that's great. Some days it isn't.
Before this I led product for airline revenue management at FLYR and Engine, building the ML systems that priced flights for carriers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Before that I was a machine learning engineer and researcher. My work on ethical AI and dynamic pricing has been cited 250+ times.
Master's in Industrial Engineering from UIUC. B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Hyderabad. I also host founder firesides at The Kinn in LA.
Why I'm Here
I've made most of these moves myself. Research to industry. Engineer to product. Employee to founder. Each one felt obvious in hindsight and terrifying at the time.
I also hire now, and I build the tools that screen candidates. So I see both sides. I know what actually moves someone forward and what quietly holds them back.
Book Time If You're
Moving into product from engineering, research, or something totally different
A PM figuring out your next level or next company
Deciding whether to leave a stable job for a risky one
Sitting on a startup idea you haven't tested yet
Building with AI and trying to tell what's real from what just demos well
Wanting an honest look at your resume or your story
How I'll Show Up
Direct but kind. If I think your plan has a gap, I'll tell you. If I don't know, I'll say that too.
Bring the messy version of the question. That's usually the real one.
Let's talk. β
