Driven by a passion for software engineering, he successfully transitioned into the IT industry and has accumulated 5.9+ years of experience delivering DuckCreek-based solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients across the United States and Australia. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organizations including Accenture, Capgemini, and SkillRev, where he currently supports Hagerty USA. At SkillRev, Naman works as a Full-Stack DuckCreek Developer and DevOps Engineer, leading the development of a new insurance product from the ground up for Hagerty. As the primary DuckCreek developer on the team, he has independently designed and implemented an entirely new line of business, owning the solution across the complete policy lifecycle. His contributions span product configuration, Express 3.0 UI development, rating, referrals, forms, integrations, billing workflows, deployment automation, and production support, ensuring scalable, high-quality insurance solutions from development through release. Beyond development, Naman has consistently demonstrated strong ownership and technical leadership. He actively mentors team members, conducts code reviews, maintains coding standards, prepares technical documentation, participates in technical hiring by conducting L1 interviews, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes. His proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take responsibility have made him a trusted contributor within his teams.
