About me

Naman Sinha is an Advocate, Educator, Podcaster, Content Creator, Public Speaker and former Editor. He is currently working as an Associate at Karavadi & Associates and as part of the role, he is: 1. Drafting various documents such as Plaints, Writ Petitions, Affidavits, Petitions, Memos, Complaints, Legal Notices, etc. 2. Conducting legal research, client meetings, due diligence, writing articles and managing cases. 3. Assisting in representations before various courts, forums and authorities including Hon'ble Telangana High Court, Criminal Courts, City Civil Courts, RERA Tribunal, Labour Court, CGIT, etc. He has previously worked as an Intern and Trainee Associate at Lawsikho, where he had the chance to hone his skills in the corporate side such as drafting, legal research, proofreading, coordination, data management, etc. As part of the work, he has drafted and proofread clauses, contracts, agreements, notices, policies, etc., managed complex spreadsheets and worked on more than 50 different contracts, agreements, policies, notices, resolutions, etc. During his law school days, he has actively participated in competitions such as moot court, quiz, extempore, elocution, client counselling, cross-examination competitions and won the KGVS National Moot Court competition organized by BR Ambedkar Law College, Hyderabad and the 5th State Level Legal Quiz Competition organized by Osmania University. He has also held the position of Editorial Board member of the Pendekanti Law College Student Magazine Lex Visio. As part of the board, he interviewed various retired and sitting judges of the Supreme Court, High Court, and Tribunals notably proud of having interviewed Hon'ble Retd. Supreme Court Justice J. Chelameshwar sir. He enjoys writing about legal topics in his spare time and has published six articles on various prominent blogs and magazines. He has also worked as an Associate Editor of a 52-year-old weekly newspaper, Dakshin Samachar, for four years. Additionally, he has worked as an educator teaching law subjects such as to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-semester students pursuing a 3-year degree course in LL.B. Moving forward, he aims to continue learning, growing and contributing to the success of the clients and organizations he works for and is always looking for new opportunities to learn new things, share his experiences with others and work for the welfare of the society.
