6 Coaching sessions + 1 Discovery Call

Welcome to Coaching! I’m excited to embark on this journey with you. Together, we’ll work to empower your growth and help you clearly define and achieve your vision of success.

Expectations: After the initial discovery call, we will commence a coaching engagement over 6 sessions of 60 minutes each.

Here’s what you can expect from me as your Coach:

• Be fully present, engaged, and hold space for you, your agenda, and your emotions during our sessions.
• Support your vision and goals, providing structure for you to make conscious choices.
• Encourage you to stretch beyond your comfort zone and bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
• Speak and ask questions candidly in service of your growth.

Here is what Coaching will require from you:

• Commitment to invest time and effort in your own growth.
• Show up fully engaged in our coaching sessions and take committed actions each time.
• Take responsibility for the results of your own growth in this coaching process.
• Bring your own agenda and needs to each session.
