I love crafting experiences. For me, a huge part of that is figuring out how things work, and subsequently augment them. Design is a medium that contains my curiosity & appetite for complexity, for now. There’s this thrill in discovering simple, obvious fixes hiding in plain sight. Just laying there.
 I’ve worked in both design-as-a-service & product building orgs, 0-1 and 10-100 products, scrappy 5 people start-up to a legacy MNC, from sporting & personal networks to matchmaking and fintech. It’s safe to say I like a challenge. 
Over these last years, I've really come to enjoy the most unpopular aspects of design: -Extracting User POV thereby influencing strategy -Being a conduit between design & business, product, engineering teams -Delivering tangible outcomes through A/B experiments -Raising the bar for design, increasing design literacy Besides these, I’ve also: -Built multidisciplinary design teams -Mentored designers & helped create a growth trajectory for them -Set up & run user research as a practice There are certain areas that interest me, although, I haven’t had the chance for in-depth exploration: -Experience evaluation frameworks (measurable) -Competency & performance evaluation frameworks for designers -Behavioural Psychology/Usage patterns Besides work, I have a full life with cats, books, beaches & dance.
