I am a hands-on software architect. I love to solve complex technical problems within the bounds of real world constraints. I enjoy working in new domains of knowledge and challenges with dynamic and smart peers. I take pleasure in building and working with teams and mentoring new comers to the industry. 20+ years of experience in Software Design and Development in the areas of Telecom, Supply Chain Management, OLAP, e-commerce, Mobile Technologies, Cyber security. My areas of interest include problem analysis & design, n-tier distributed systems architecture, hierarchical data systems, database design. Having startup experience twice in my career which later became successful acquisitions, I am adept to working in both kinds of environments. Passionate about bringing industry view to academics, I have been a regular speaker on various topics in academia. I have given guest lectures in curriculum. I was a visiting faculty member at IIIT-Sricity. Driving innovation as a culture change in the organization by conducting patent jams, hackathons. Holder of 2 granted patents and 2 publications. I have been a regular contributor to Diversity & Inclusion activities at IBM. I am currently involved in Neurodiversity initiatives in Software Labs.
