Hello, I am Nakshatra Garg, a data science intern at Rezo.ai, a leading conversational AI platform that helps businesses automate and optimize customer interactions. I am also pursuing a M.Tech in CSE with a specialization in AI/ML from VIT University, where I have acquired theoretical and practical knowledge of various AI and ML techniques and tools. At Rezo.ai, I have been involved in developing and implementing speech analytics modules for agent and customer conversations, creating a custom dataset to classify rudeness in calls, developing APIs using Flask to facilitate data access and integration, and enhancing the OCR detection process by 40% by strategically switching to a more advanced OCR engine.
