• Medicines are not included and are charged separately.

• Follow-up consultation may be recommended based on your condition.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a No Show.

Cancellation

• Cancellation is non-refundable.

No Show

• If you do not join within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the consultation will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided.
