Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a No Show.

Cancellation

• Cancellation is non-refundable.

No Show

• If you do not join within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be issued.
