Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
●Rescheduling:
1. It is allowed once per session in case of emergencies - minimum 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
2. Instant rescheduling request will NOT be accepted and will be considered a no show. NO refunds will be issued.
● Cancellation: Cancellation will be considered a no show. NO refunds will be issued.
● No Show: In case the client doesn’t show up for the session within 5 minutes of scheduled time, this will be considered a no-show (absence). NO refunds will be issued.
