About me
Hi, I’m Nainika! I’m currently pursuing a Masters in Management at London Business School (LBS) as a Merit Scholar, driven by a strong passion to create impact across both corporate and social spheres. Post-LBS, I am excited to be joining Diageo UK as a Supply Chain and Procurement Graduate, having secured the role through a highly competitive and rigorous recruitment process. I’m also set to begin a summer internship at UNESCAP, where I look forward to exploring the impact and development sector, further expanding my exposure beyond the private sector.
Over the course of my time at LBS, I have interviewed extensively in the UK job market and received offers from several leading multinationals. These experiences have given me deep insight into the recruitment process, and I now actively support others by offering guidance on CV reviews, interview preparation, and understanding UK recruitment dynamics. I’m also happy to provide personalized application strategies for top Master’s programs, especially to those navigating the often daunting business school admissions process.
Prior to joining LBS, I worked at Deloitte (Offices of the US) as an Audit and Assurance Assistant, primarily in the Public Utilities and Renewable Energy sector. My responsibilities included conducting risk assessments, quarterly reviews, and employing strategic and analytical thinking to improve audit efficiency and outcomes. Alongside my core responsibilities, I remained actively involved in Deloitte’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, reflecting my continuous commitment to giving back to the community.
That commitment also shaped my time with Child Rights & You (CRY), a UN-recognized nonprofit organization focused on empowering and educating underprivileged children. I conducted multiple on-ground teaching sessions and awareness campaigns in and around Delhi, aiming to bridge educational gaps and advocate for equal opportunities.
My journey of leadership began during my undergraduate studies at Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, University of Delhi, where I served as the Vice President and Sponsorship Head of the Entrepreneurship Cell. In this role, I led a team of over 100 individuals and successfully raised ₹67K in cash and kind from leading brands, organizing over five fundraising events that supported society workshops and operations. In my final year, I also headed the marketing department of the Finance and Investment Cell, playing a key role in expanding the club’s outreach and visibility.
With a blend of leadership, analytical rigor, and people-centric values, I am always eager to connect with prospective students and professionals. Whether you're contemplating if LBS is the right fit for you, seeking honest advice on your business school application, in need of CV or interview support, or simply looking for moral support during the application journey—I'm here. My own rollercoaster experience, from preparing for the GMAT to receiving admits from INSEAD, Imperial College, and London Business School, has equipped me to understand the ups and downs of the process deeply.
You’re not alone in this journey—and yes, it is possible to get into one of the world’s top business schools. Feel free to reach out. I’d love to help.
