• Having an overall experience of around 5 years in customizing and developing applications on Salesforce platform. • Worked on configuration - Security Model, Experience Cloud | Force.com, SSO, MFA, Custom Domains, Lightning Flows, Email Alerts, Workflows, Validation rules, Process Builder, Lightning Pages, Assignment Rules etc. • Have a good experience in Apex Classes, Triggers and Asynchronous Apex. • Worked on Deployments tool using the Workbench, Change Sets and Copado. • Basic Knowledge of designing Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Good Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Team player with ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and individually as well. • Provided best practices and managed customers’ expectations and experience in a way that resulted in high customer satisfaction.
