I have been there, done that - switched career fields, got promoted, got laid off, made less money than peers, made much more money than peers. This is all to say that I have been through all the stages of the inevitable career cycle we all find ourselves today in this rapidly changing world. I am keen to help those of you who are not sure on what to do next. I value excellence in quality, and that drives me to find better ways of imagining and doing things. Since the proverbial means are as important to me as the end, I pay more attention and commitment to the process, rather than just the end product. I have 5+ years of work experience as a product manager and growth strategist across firms like Swiggy, Zolve and BCG. I ideated, roadmapped and ran product launches and market entry plans at these firms. I was the POC for multiple teams (analytics, engineering, design, business etc) and influenced them to implement plans within the decided timelines. Previously I have worked in finance, analytics, consulting and arts sectors as well. Working across a wide variety of roles made me realize that I am a fast learner who enjoys educating myself in new contexts. I am also skilled at writing and presenting persuasively for any kind of an audience - presentations, blog posts, product descriptions and marketing copy. I graduated from IIM Calcutta in 2019 and NSIT in 2016. In my free time, I can be found reading about psychology, philosophy, memoirs, or creating some kind of art.
