About me

As a psychology graduate with hands-on training in clinical and applied settings, I am deeply passionate about understanding human behavior and contributing to mental wellness. My academic foundation in Applied Psychology is complemented by practical experience across reputed organizations like Moolchand Hospital, Cognizavest, and Foresight Your Emotions. Through internships and training, I’ve developed skills in psychological assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic observation—especially in settings involving art therapy, emotional regulation, and client relationship management. At Moolchand Hospital, I am gaining clinical exposure by assisting in assessments, participating in case discussions, and observing therapeutic interventions in a multidisciplinary team setup. My experience of 6+ years has ranged from assisting with therapy sessions and mental status exams to evaluating client progress through creative therapeutic tools like art therapy. Known for being attentive, empathetic, and detail-oriented, I thrive in environments that value compassion, ethics, and evidence-based practice. Whether it’s creating individualized care plans or helping teams perform better, I enjoy combining science and empathy to bring real change. Beyond clinical exposure, I’m equally passionate about teaching and simplifying psychology for learners — whether through mentoring, discussions, or content creation. I believe in making mental health accessible, relatable, and rooted in compassion. On a personal note, I enjoy engaging in nature-based and hands-on practice of poultry farming and management since last 6 years. These activities not only keep me grounded but also feed my curiosity and love for learning beyond traditional aspects. I’m currently looking to grow in the fields of clinical psychology, mental health services, or wellness-based program design, and I’m always open to learning and collaborative opportunities.
