Hello everyone, I’m Naina, a trainee psychologist currently pursuing my final year of MSc Clinical Psychology at Christ University. I’ve been passionate about psychology since my undergraduate studies, completing my BA in Psychology in 2023. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience through internships at RML Hospital, Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust, the World Brain Centre, fortis and the School Mental Health Initiative (SMHI) by the Government of Delhi. In addition to my academic journey, I’ve mentored peers as a One-on-One Peer Trainer at CAPS and facilitated workshops like Own Your Hours to promote productivity and personal growth. My experiences, combined with specialized training, have shaped my commitment to empowering others and making a meaningful impact in the field of mental health.
