- Semiconductor professional with 4+ years of experience, specializing in defect/process variability reduction, process integration, micro/nanofabrication, and semiconductor device physics. - Experienced in model-based problem solving, statistical data analysis, SPC, DOE along with a fundamental understanding of multiple latest FinFET process flow, both FE and BE (Intel 10 nm, 7nm, and 18A) - Hands-on experience working in a class 100 cleanroom on different fabrication techniques, i.e., lithography, wet-etch, dry etch, thin film deposition (PECVD, Sputtering, ALD), and device characterization (Electrical and Physical) - Collaborative team player with strong communication, project management, leadership, and prioritization skills.
