Join me as a Mentee/Intern with Nagadevan Durai

I occasionally bring people onto my team to learn and work alongside me: across content, business, and operations. This isn't a job posting. It's a waiting list.

If a spot opens up in an area you're interested in, I'll reach out from here. Fully remote — I work from outside India, so everything happens online.

What I'm looking for:

• Genuine interest in the specific area, not just "gaining experience"
• Comfort with ambiguity — I give direction, not step-by-step instructions
• Honesty about expectations (this is learning-focused, not a typical paid internship)

Areas currently open:

• Content & Editing
• Business Strategy & Operations
• Marketing & Growth
• Community Management
• Research & Content Strategy
• AI Tools & Systems

I read every response myself. No fixed timeline for replies; I review this periodically and reach out if there's a fit.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please fill out this form before you apply. Click here to access the form. Unfortunately, I am unable to move forward if I do not receive a honestly and fully filled out form as it enables me to understand you before I can contact you. Please take your own time and answer in a detailed manner. Thank you :)
