As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Nisum, I create and maintain an automation framework using Cypress, integrate it with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, and perform RESTful API testing. I also design and execute test cases, review automation code and performance, document regression cases and workflows, and partner across teams to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction. I have over three years of experience in software quality engineering, working with both web and mobile applications, using agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, TestRail, Putty, Xcode, and Android Studio.
