With an experience of 12 years in UX for IT, I provide design solutions following appropriate methods to engagements across various domains. To provide the best User Experience solution in the engagements, I follow a process-oriented approach. I leverage the best of what’s available to understand the user’s needs either through primary or secondary research, analyze, arrive at a solution blueprint, and prototype accordingly. In many engagements, there were challenges in terms of new technology/platforms and adapting my solution. I swiftly familiarize myself and have regular connections with business SMEs and development experts to help the team develop the solution. Besides being engaged in my main projects, I also get looped into business development activities like RFPs, POCs, mentoring, Employees Engagement activities, K-Sharing sessions, etc.
