Muzzammil Altaf is a Chartered Accountant, banker, leadership coach and photographer. He is the co-founder of the Little Giants. He is a certified trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming-The Science of Excellence) and a Results Certified Coach by Neuro Leadership Institute (recognised by ICF). Muzzammil is a certified Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Leadership Coach and Team Coach. He has studied a few unique, unconventional forms of coaching called Provocative coaching and Clean coaching which he practices extensively in his group coaching sessions with leaders and his 1on1 coaching sessions. He also has the direct exposure of learning from Dr Marshall Goldsmith on Coaching C-Level leaders. He has trained with Robin Sharma in Canada, author of the best-seller The Monk who sold his Ferrari, in multiple programs including his flagship Titan Program in Canada. Further, he has experienced Tony Robbins live in Chicago and drawn much inspiration, and structure of training and coaching from him. Muzzammil brings with him 17 years of industry experience of which 15 years have been in banking and finance. He has held senior and management roles at a country level of a leading multi-national bank. He has travelled to over 20 countries and experienced various cultures in close proximity. Be it the tribals of Kilimanjaro or the Sami tribe of polar Norway, he has broken bread with them. He has coached, mentored and produced leaders within his teams and has the reputation of leaving teams stronger than he found them by the practical application of his learnings. His passion for coaching, speaking, and training brought him back to India to make a difference to his fellow countrymen and the world at large. His mission is to influence at least a million lives, positively.
