I am currently expanding my skill set with the latest technologies including Figma, 3D Design, Blockchain, NFT, Python, and Flask Framework. I am a seasoned professional with over a year of experience in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on HITPHAMS for the top pharmaceutical industries such as Biological-E. My recent work includes developing a full-stack application for an L2 dashboard, utilizing technologies such as Python, Flask, Oracle Database, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. I have extensive knowledge of MES working with integrated solutions like SAP through interface, equipment integration, and best practices of the pharma industry, ensuring compliance requirements are met. Having worked at the client location, I was involved in a project aimed at replacing the existing paper-based record with Electronic Batch Record (EBR) for Weighing and Dispensing, EBR, eLogbook, Packaging, and configuration of master data and workflows. I worked with site SMEs to gather and understand the business requirements for building Recipes for various variants. Additionally, I have sound knowledge of SDLC management, creating design documents for add-on features and integration methodology, and executing IQ, OQ, and PQ scripts and specification documents.
