I have around 2 decades of experience in the software industry and a deep passion for software development and learning new technologies predominantly in the JVM technology stack. Having started my career as a software developer, I have moved on to different roles as an individual contributor and as a manager/supervisor. Irrespective of the role, the one constant feedback I have received from my peers & leaders, is my ability to mentor other team members and take the team to the next level in different aspects like quality, productivity, excellence. I tend to pass on the expertise and experience I have gained over these years to help people get better at what they are doing.
