Alongside that heritage, I’ve built over 20 years of international experience in sales strategy, business development and customer success management, plus a decade as an entrepreneur. My mission is helping people succeed through practical coaching, strategic insight and mindset training that drives results. What I believe is simple: there’s nothing I’ve done that you can’t achieve too. As a sales strategist and business coach, I help individuals and teams sell with structure, emotional intelligence and confidence, whether you’re new to sales or a seasoned pro. I have trained and coached professionals for Spotify, H&M, Klarna, Boeing, Northvolt,Vattenfall and more. I helped a Swedish IT & Tech company win four consecutive Di Gasell Awards (Business Sweden) from 2022 to 2025 for rapid growth. I surpassed a €250k sales target in just 8 months instead of the 24-month goal. I sent 100 cold proposals in a single month and converted 1% into signed deals, working with clients like AIG, Check24, O2, Vodafone. With a background in communication design, art direction and marketing psychology, I help others master persuasive and confident communication, grounded in how people think and make decisions. Outside of coaching, I’m a gemologist (DGemG, Idar-Oberstein, Germany), advising on gemstone investments as part of a 70-year family tradition in the luxury market.
