Hey there, I'm Mustansir. I'm an engineer, I've been working for about 4 years, I have a bachelors degree in cyber security. I've worked across both my degrees and garnered the experience I've got so far. In this time, I've worked in fast-paced roles, sometimes working in two positions across different domains at the same time. I can spot people confused, people bullshitting their way through roles and tasks. With AI, it's even easier for me to see the little white lies developers come up with everyday, I've been involved in hiring quite a bit across the last 4 years, and I've looked at well-over 200 resumes for entry-level to tech lead roles. With this experience, I'm looking to help people get better positions and be sure of what they're worth and what they aren't and how they can aspire to be what they see they can become in the future.
