Getting your resume shortlisted and getting to that interview call is 50% of the task in your job search journey and a recruiter on an average spends 6-7 seconds of time on a resume so you need to make it as appealing as possible in those 6 seconds.

With a resume, you sell yourself. You need to show the recruiter what they want to see, how they want to see and where they want to see.
