I am an MBA graduate in Human Resources Management with 3 years of diverse work experience in different industries. I am currently working as a Senior Executive HR in Blinkit, one of the leading FMCG services.
In this role, I am responsible for recruitment, scheduling, conducting drives, preparing quarterly reports, engagement activities, exit formalities, transfers, onboarding, and end-to-end recruitment. I have successfully recruited and onboarded multiple candidates for various positions, and supported the engagement and retention of the existing employees. I have also improved the reporting tools and processes, and contributed to the overall efficiency and productivity of the HR department.
I am a quick learner and always enthusiastic to learn new skills and knowledge. I have a certification in Microsoft Excel 2013, which I use to create and manage data and reports. I also have skills in manufacturing process improvement, HR, and recruiting, which I have acquired and applied in my previous roles as a US Advisory R&FA CRM and a Human Resources Scheduler at Deloitte and Accenture respectively.
