I have a collaborative approach to coaching and prefer using an eclectic style to facilitate the client(s) in their unique journeys. In my coaching practice, I majorly work from a relational lens and psycho-dynamic underpinnings. I implement emotion-focused, insight oriented and solution-focused approaches with my clients. I am an LGBTQ affirmative coach who believes in working from a socio-cultural systemic lens with a focus on inclusion and empowerment. I have a strong belief in the power of a good coaching alliance which ultimately promotes recovery, resilience and growth in individuals.
