With over 15 years of work experience, I am a passionate and innovative scientist who combines chemistry and machine learning to solve complex problems. My mission is to advance the understanding and application of biological chemistry systems through data-driven approaches. I have a PhD in Chemistry and Machine Learning from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where I currently work as a scientist in the Institute of Biological Chemistry Systems (IBCS). In my current role, I develop a model to predict important material properties based on descriptors, fingerprints, and functional groups. I use Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch, rdkit, openbabel, and opencv as my technology stacks. I also collaborate with other chemists to provide them with solutions and insights based on artificial intelligence. I have successfully predicted the properties and processes needed to synthesize and retrosynthesize compounds. I enjoy working with a dynamic and interdisciplinary team that values creativity, curiosity, and excellence.
