I’ve dedicated my career to building ventures, enabling founders, and strengthening global entrepreneurship ecosystems. Today, I serve as Chairman of the TiE Global Board (https://tie.org/), working with 61 chapters across 14 countries to support early-stage entrepreneurs, mobilize charter members, and drive high-impact programs worldwide. I’m the Founder & CEO of Volksy Technologies (https://www.volksy.tech/), a venture development firm that has incubated and scaled multiple startups, including Veekli, Prowidor, Houzkare, GDH Workforce, The Skilling Company, and Indikrew. My latest venture, EHAM (http://eham.tech/), focuses on bridging the tech talent gap, especially for women returning to the workforce, by training, deploying, and supporting ambitious talent for modern engineering roles. Over the years, I’ve invested in 13 startups, established the Hyderabad Angel Network, and mentored 800+ entrepreneurs through TiE, IIT Hyderabad, and venture-building programs. Before returning to India in 2008, I spent several years in the U.S. technology ecosystem as a systems architect, founder, and active contributor to community and policy initiatives. My work now spans India, the U.S., and several global innovation hubs through TiE, including Europe and Southeast Asia.
