Most of the candidates that I have interviewed are usually underprepared for behavioral rounds of the interview.
It hurts to see good candidates get rejected due to lack of preparation
Idea of this session is to help applicants reflect on their responses to some of the questions asked by leadership/ senior management while making the hiring decision
Gone are the days when interviewers would ask "Tell me about yourself" or outdated HRQs - today, they are interested in your life experiences
Hence, a 3rd person perspective on how you should answer these questions and interact with your interviewer becomes imperative
Objective of this session to teach you the "art of story-telling" and captivating your interviewer with your story!
And the best part - these questions would be from past interviews (Yes! I reach out to the relevant employees and ask them the questions that they were asked and then prepare you for them)
