Have worked all through primarily with C++ as technology, with 3 years of experience with Javascript/Typescript (and frontend frameworks/libraries like react, redux, immutablejs, reselect and so on). Recently, I have been instrumental in the amazing journey of bringing the 'original' photoshop on iPad and web. Solving challenging design/architectural problems in a multi-threaded application like photoshop with performance guarantees is the excitement of my current role. I love mentoring juniors and leading them through to success. I led a team of three engineers through a very challenging task of notarising Adobe Captivate (before I started working on Photoshop) when apple mandated notarisation Catalina onwards. That was a very intense effort with no certainty of success in the given time frame of 4 months, as it involved upgrading versions of all the dependent libraries of the product, but we finally made it through. Another intense team work on rewriting a cross cutting feature (themes) in Captivate in a team of three won us great appreciation from our manager. Currently I am widening my scope of knowledge and impact in the areas of distributed systems. Have also got a side hobby project - a react native app.
