The journey into the world of Products: Currently I'm working as a Product Manager for Digital Experience in Micron for Micron's flagship E-commerce website https://www.crucial.com. Besides being the global leader of memory and storage, Micron is a great place to learn and develop skills. I am learning how memory and storage serve as the backbone of the industry, and getting an excellent exposure to the range of products that make the building blocks of smart devices. As a Product Manager for Digital Experience, I oversee the end-to-end B2C customer journey, enhance user experience by curating seamless features for Search, Purchase, Checkout and Returns. I work very closely with UX designers, UX researchers, to understand customer pain points and come up with solutions that are useful and equitable as well. Academia: I am a Masters in Engineering Sciences with a focus in Data Science & Analytics, from the University at Buffalo. In my academia, I leverage the power of statistics and machine learning algorithms to unveil hidden patterns in data, and draw insightful conclusions! ….. My previous journey: I was associated as Data Analyst with Cognizant for 2.5 years and have worked with the top global pharmaceutical clients (spanning across APAC, UK and US regions) in complex engagements, leading critical deliverables, and providing them with digital solutions to help them achieve 100% paperless quality control laboratories. This experience helped me to understand how strongly health and tech are woven together, and what massive scope lies ahead in the field of data science to fabricate a better health for tomorrow. ….
