About me

Most startup advice sounds good on paper and fails in real life. I’m currently building in the 0→1 stage (BaBlah — a transmedia IP, and Quix — a gamification + hyperlocal commerce platform), so this isn’t hindsight. I’m in the middle of it. Over time, I’ve seen a pattern: a lot of things feel like progress, but very few actually move the needle. That gap is where most founders get stuck. I usually work with: – 0→1 / first-gen founders figuring out what actually matters – non-tech founders trying to build or find a foothold in tech/creative businesses – tech founders who have built something but are figuring out GTM, sales, engagement and monetisation – products/brands struggling with retention and engagement Different problems. Same root issue: clarity. In conversations, we focus on: – what’s actually blocking progress – where time and money are being wasted – how to approach product, monetisation and early traction – fixing engagement and return behaviour (not just acquisition) – navigating the less visible side: confusion, pressure and decision fatigue The goal is simple: leave with clearer decisions and next steps. This is most useful for people actively building in 0→1 or early stages. Not for: – idea-stage brainstorming – generic “how to start a startup” advice If something feels unclear, stuck or messy right now, this will likely help.
