My career journey has taken me to several of the major global tech, telecom and ecommerce companies. I have thrived in environment characterized by volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous conditions. Added to this the fact that the businesses have been in hyper competitive spaces, it has only added to the thrill of working in such a dynamic environment. The last 15 years have been in leadership roles and if I have achieved something, it is thanks to the some of the amazing and extraordinary people with whom I have worked and from whom I have learnt. During this journey, I have also had the opportunity to work in organizations which are centered around sustainability (Smart Cities) and in investing in startups and projects which are using deep technology, AI and ML to solve some of the critical issues facing us in Health, Education, Sustainability, etc. I have defined and led transformative and go-to-market strategies - in both large and small companies and brought my experience in vision, strategy, technology, finance and market development to the companies and leadership teams. My consistent focus has been on major business priorities of Revenue, Market share, Margins and Asset productivity (and also Impact in some cases).
