MBTI Step 1 Corporate Program

Deploy MBTI Step 1 assessment for a corporate team - can be one department of 15-20 staff, or a team of diverse staff from various departments, senior managers, teams in stagnation, conflicts within team, needing transformation, project management teams and alike.

5-6 hours of non-stop face to face intervention with debriefing session with splitting exercises, followed by indepth introduction to cognitive functions, causes of stresses and how to cope with stress and change. Highly suitable for teams due to team learning settings.
